		<description>I love the separation of guild and raid.  On a previous server, in a different guild, the two were the same and it was always causing hurt feelings or some problem because of having to rotate out people (too many dps classes).  Having your raid and your guild be two different (though sometimes overlapping) groups is a very good thing :)</description>
