Hey Folks! This week we are taking a break from the Dawntrail topic because Ammo was not available.  As a result, we dive into a normal topic load starting with Grace talking about their experience playing Diablo IV Season 5.  From there we dive into a mega topic of Kodra and his recent trip to GenCon.  He talks about True Dungeon, Various Assorted LARPs, and some of the cool stuff from the convention floor.  We also dive into a discussion about how a convention reforms its reputation as being the D&D convention into something more open and welcoming. From there we realize that the Age of Sigmar topic is going to get bumped again…  but end up also having a bit of a pre-discussion.  Finally, we wrap things up with the charming indie game Thank Goodness You’re Here.

AggroChat #488 – Dawntrail Spoiler Show – Part One

Hey Folks!  For years we have had this tradition of recording a full spoiler show once all of the folks who are actively playing Final Fantasy XIV have completed the content.  We knew this would be an epic undertaking given that we never got around to recording a post-Endwalker show.  This is absolutely going to at a minimum be two shows…  maybe three depending on how well the next show goes.  We used to record these epic five-hour-long shows that I edited down into chunks…  but have thankfully since wised up to just splitting them between several weeks.  This week we cover everything that happens after the Endwalker MSQ credit roll until just before the halfway point of Dawntrail.  Be warned, this is a full spoiler discussion as we recount the tale and talk about various details in depth along the way.

This week we dive into the brand new Path of Exile league as we assist the Settlers of Kalguur.  We talk about our experiences with the exceptionally detailed league mechanic so far.  Tam contrasts his experience with this league with his experience playing Last Epoch. We talked a bit about our league starts and how the progress is going in both games.  From there we talk a bit about the Fallout London total conversion mod for Fallout 4.  Lastly, we talk a little bit about Zenless Zone Zero the latest hoyoverse title.

Good Morning Folks!  I am going to give you fair warning…  this is a very Path of Exile episode.  We pushed that topic to the very end of the show but once you hit it… it is pretty much an hour of talk about the upcoming Settlers of Kalguur League.  We start off the show with some discussion about Last Epoch and the most recent market crash that banned exploiters…  but left all the gold in the bloated market economy.  From there we dive into Final Fantasy XIV Dawntrail and talk about the new Arcadion Raid.  We then talk a bit more about Bel and Grace’s adventures in alting as they finish ARR and start into Heavensward.  Finally, we do a dive into the massive meta-breaking changes coming with the Settlers of Kalgurr league in Path of Exile which drops on the 26th.
